Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Mercure Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from both metro stations, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. As a visitor new to the area, I really appreciated the hotel staff's helpfulness in providing clear directions on which exit gate to take at the metro stations. This made navigating the multiple exits so much easier, and I was able to get around without any confusion.

In terms of improvement, it would be great if the hotel could consider allowing guests to enjoy a drink outside in the rooftop restaurant during the night. The stunning views from the 30th floor, especially during spring and summer, would greatly enhance the overall experience.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern technology that makes for a great stay. the bathroom facilities are some of the best I've seen, with fancy toilets and beautiful showers. the breakfast is not to be missed, with many delicious options and great views from the rooftop restaurant.

Some of the staff members had difficulty communicating in English, but overall the service was efficient and friendly.

The hotel I stayed at during Easter was situated in a prime location close to popular areas for shopping and dining. It was just a short walk to well-known landmarks and subway stations. The hotel had modern facilities, including a large TV in the guest room and a comfortable bed. What's more, the hotel offered a complimentary drink in the mini-bar, which was a nice touch.

One negative aspect of this hotel was that the elevators had poor lighting which made me feel uncomfortable. Another downside was that the air conditioning was not provided, and I had to open the window to cool off.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The facilities were great and everything in my room was in perfect condition. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed and sofa. The location was also a big plus - everything I needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to a 7-11. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making my experience even better.

Great location for exploring the city with many shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms were also modern and clean. Plus, the delivery robot was so cool!

The staff didn't speak good English and it was hard to communicate with them. Plus, there was no air conditioning in the room and it was hot, so we had to keep the window open.
